Return & Refund Policy

All purchases are final sale unless the item is defective.

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind, sizing errors, or personal preference. Instead, we provide Fit Assurance (see below).

If your item is defective or faulty:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery at salam@keepfaith.co

  • Include clear photos of the defect and your order number.

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • It must be in original packaging with tags intact.

Once approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. 

Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of all claims and determine eligibility.

Fit Assurance Policy

At Keep Faith, we understand that buying online can make sizing tricky. That’s why we offer Fit Assurance — giving you peace of mind when ordering.

Important Notes – Please Read:

  • Fit Assurance is not for change of mind or style preference. For example, wanting a more oversized or slimmer fit when the item matches the size ordered will not be covered.

  • Coverage applies if the fit is visibly wrong or not as expected based on standard sizing guidelines (e.g., sleeves significantly shorter or longer than standard tolerance ±2–3 cm).

  • Approval is at Keep Faith’s discretion. Claims are carefully assessed using the photos you provide, compared to our intended product measurements.

  • One item per order is eligible under Fit Assurance.

  • Sale or clearance items may be excluded.

  • Claims showing misuse or repeated abuse will be denied.

How It Works:

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Claims must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.

  • If approved, you’ll receive store credit for the full value of the item (excluding shipping or discounts).

  • Store credit never expires and can be used on any future order.

How to Claim:


Email salam@keepfaith.co with:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item name

  3. Clear photos of the item worn, with tags visible, showing the fit issue

Our team will review your claim and respond promptly.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of purchase at no charge.

  • Cancellations after 48 hours will incur a 35% fee to cover admin, processing, and production costs.

  • No cancellations will be accepted once the order has shipped or is in final production.
