All KEEP FAITH orders are shipped using a secure, tracked delivery service. Free shipping is available when your order reaches a certain amount, depending on your region. The exact shipping cost and free-shipping thresholds are listed below. No code needed — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in our product or shipping prices. These charges vary from country to country and are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order.

Some remote locations may incur a remote area surcharge. This fee will appear at checkout once you enter your address. Free shipping does not remove remote-area surcharges.

Once an order is placed, cancellations or changes are not possible.
All orders are carefully processed and shipped within 3 days of being placed, giving us time to ensure the highest quality before it reaches you. You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

We process orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
